Is it possible to have a look at the installer source file so I can create a custom KDE installer. I want to roll it out across my company so they can install Okular on Windows. This is purely due to the PDF features which enable you to select an area and save it to an image file in one click. This is a brilliant feature and I've not seen it on any Windows applications.

As this is open source - is the installer opensouce also and if so, what program is used to compile it?
