Hello,
I am trying to install KDE on Windows XP. I am behind a proxy server. I tried every possible configuration (IE connection settings, Firefox connection settings and manual proxy settings) but every time it hangs up.

Can anyone help me?

It appears that the KDE Windows installer can't use a proxy at the moment - as it appears to fail downloading it's list of mirrors. I would suggest sending an email to kde-windows@kde.org regarding this.
