Do you mean «macOS binaries» by «Mac releases»? As far I know, there is no stable macOS binaries available. I see only instructions on how to build it from source, so my answer is correct in this case, you just grab a tag and build it. And there are nightly builds in binary-factory, which is available here. You may try to subscribe to RSS feed available on that page.

Btw, what is the difference between the nightly builds and the one above?
