I return to you today to relay some very important information. Here it is:
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE OFFICIAL KDE/Mac mailing lists for fink or macports packaging support requests.

Both fink and macports have their own lists, and are far better equipped to answer these questions than those on the official KDE/Mac list. Also, it just annoys some people. As for macports, I can personally say I've had very good experiences with the #macports irc channel on freenode, as well as with the mailing list and TRAC issue tracker (like bugzilla) whenever I've had problems with macports.
