I'm new here and started to use Kubuntu recently and noticed now that my 'apt-get update' don't works and, consequently, the 'apt-get install XXX' too. Help me please!

Please provide more information on how it does not work, such as the full error message.
The problem could be any number of issues, which the error message will likely indicate.

Please note that to invoke apt-get you usually have to either be root, or be running it as root (via sudo).

I take it you are online when trying that command - but are you running it as superuser?

This may help

some process is has taken ownership of the listed folders and because of that your apt-get can not be run

either id the apt, apper, muon or whatever process has control and kill it or reboot to release the folders and retry
