Hi,
Fn + Function keys (Default keys like Brightness Up, Brightness Down) not working in kde daemon functions.
But in kmix function like volume up and volume down are working. I tried to configure custom keyboard shortcut and set Fn + F6 for brightness down but it don't even recognize the keyboard input. It works with custom keys like Alt + Ctrl + B

Thank You

If you execute "xev" does it indicate any knowledge of your brightness keys? If it does not, do you see any mention to keycodes in the output of dmesg?

Please see https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Setkeycodes for information on how to setup keycodes to allow those keys to be used.
Once that has been done, you should be able to map them to the brightness functions in KDE.
