I used http://userbase.kde.org/Calligra/Download#Ubuntu_2 and its terminal line
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:neon/ppa \ && sudo apt-get update\ && sudo apt-get install project-neon-base \ project-neon-calligra \ project-neon-calligra-dbg it ended by : Please enter the default mirror you want to be used by pbuilder. │ │ │ │ If you leave this field blank, there will be one attempt to autodetect │ │ this information. Hi
On Mint KDE 15 in a VBox I cannot reproduce this issue. OTOH what happens when you fill out the fields? ( Default mirror site : http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu ) and click OK? |

Thanks
It seems that the problem occurred because the connection to internet failed I tried again,, but the first part of the command went in error leleu@leleu-portable ~ $ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:neon/ppa \ > && sudo apt-get update\ > && sudo apt-get install project-neon-base \ > project-neon-calligra \ > project-neon-calligra-dbg [sudo] password for leleu: Impossible d'ajouter le PPA: '"Error reading https://launchpad.net/api/1.0/~neon/+archive/ppa: (35, 'gnutls_handshake() failed: A TLS packet with unexpected length was received.')"'. E: Impossible d'obtenir le verrou /var/lib/apt/lists/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable) E: Impossible de verrouiller le répertoire /var/lib/apt/lists/ I checked that deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/neon/ppa/ubuntu raring main was installed, and launched the last part of the command leleu@leleu-portable ~ $ sudo apt-get install project-neon-base \ > project-neon-calligra \ > project-neon-calligra-dbg which ran smoothly without error, ending by Paramétrage de pbuilder (0.213ubuntu1) ... Paramétrage de python3-magic (5.11-2ubuntu4) ... Traitement des actions différées (« triggers ») pour « libc-bin »... ldconfig deferred processing now taking place leleu@leleu-portable ~ $ Unfortunately kexi is always 2.6 |

The command to add the PPA appears to have failed, so your repositories are quite possibly out of date.
Please run:

I did, and checked that /etc/apt/sources.list.d/neon-ppa-raring.lists is dated today, and here is its content :
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/neon/ppa/ubuntu raring main deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/neon/ppa/ubuntu raring main Then I made :
short: the 3 «project-neon» packages are yet installed, but kexi (and all calligrasomething) does show 1.2.6.3-0ubuntu1 |

Sorry - can you please export LANG=en_US.UTF-8 prior to running the apt commands so the output is made in English?

the last result was stuffed with injunction to wipe no longer required headers. Sorry. I thank you for your help. |

further to my last report
I stress out that I run Mint15 64Mate When I use the contextual menu of the «choose» button in the connection windows I do see a «Project neon» line. However it can't be selected. |

Okay, I guess Calligra 2.7 must not be available for the distribution combination you are using from that repository.
I would suggest asking the repository maintainers for more information in this case - everything else looks fine.

So, I switched to http://community.kde.org/Calligra/Build ... ource_Code
Development version, Option 2 and ran
and obtained the repertory /home/leleu/calligra/kexi which includes a lot of repertories and files «looking like» elements to use the command «make» Is there any possibility to compile kexi from this stuff ? thanks |

Okay, you have a tarball of source code. To configure, build and install this you will need to use CMake, which is the build system favoured by KDE.
I would recommend you refer to documentation on how to build KDE applications in general on KDE Techbase. I also believe there is Calligra-centric documentation somewhere, but i'm not sure where - it could be either on the Calligra website, or on Techbase as well. If you locate this, I would suggest using it instead.
