Followed the instructions at http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:NVIDIA_Bumblebee have got Bumblebee working.

How could the VGA1 be enabled and have the external monitor working ?

Is a monitor connected to the port VGA1? Also, it may be helpful to disable Bumblebee in this case, as we only need to concern ourselves with the graphics card which is driving the displays.
