From how it looks, that's no "quick launch". It's just a normal icon plasmoid in the panel.

To remove _any_ plasmoid from the panel, click on the toolbox icon ("cashew") on the right end to open the toolbox. When you move the mouse over a plasmoid while the toolbox is open, you should get a popop with a 'X' symbol. Clicking on that will remove the plasmoid.
Or right-click on it (with the toolbox open) and choose "Remove this Icon".
