I recently deleted an icon from a panel and got transparency in title bar of Dolphin.

This is annoying because I work with multiple windows open and it is difficult to see which controls belong to that window.
Please help to eliminate this transparency.
PS: I actually have it in all KDE applications and don't know how to edit this setting.
Please help.
