what is "acuralizaciones"?

you have a packaging/repo issue specific to your distribution, not to KDE

you need to provide the version of openSUSE you're running, whether it is a new install or an existing

I would guess you have an issue with non matching repos, a list of configure repos would assist in troubleshooting
