Can't change screen resolution

Wed May 17, 2017 12:46 pm
I'm not sure if this is the right place for my post or not but I have a laptop with a small screen. I'm using FreeBSD which is a Unix based OS. I went under system settings, Hardware, Display and I can't change my screen size from 1024 x 768. I believe the one I need is 800 x 600 but there's no option to change it, it just says default. I'm tired of having to scroll sideways. Any suggestions?

Thanks
