there is an error on the system called epson error code 0xf1, I have learned that the issue is critical and no proper solution is found, I have tried to reinstall the applications and the drivers but no solution is there, if any solution can be provided it will be of huge use.

This is not really related to KDE, but depends on the drivers you have installed for your printer. You should check with your distribution on which packages you need to get the proper drivers.

FWIW: the manufacturers websites is probably also a good source for troubleshooting.
