I am new to Linux and use Manjaro KDE. I wanted to download KGeoTag today, but it did not work with pacmac, Snap Store or Discover. Is KGeoTag not available for Manjaro? Is there another way to install it?

Edit: Discover sais: Couldn't open"appstream://org.kde.kgeotag"

That is definitely something you should ask your distribution, we do not make these packages, the distributions do those from the tarballs released by us.
