dell xps 13 win10 installed. Trying to do full install. I am able to boot off usb installer. When I get to the plasma desktop and try to complete the installation, it says 'there are no partitions to install on' and 'system is not connected to the internet'. Does it need to be connected?

Trying to do full disk install, not a partition. Windows is pre-installed.
