Any way to stop battery discharge?

Salutations!

I have a Lenovo T460S with two batteries installed. I love how I can manipulate the way the laptop charges. Can you however stop the first battery from discharging all the way before it goes over to the second battery? Any help, comments or thoughts are greatly appreciated!

How is this related to this forum? I would consider this very hardware specific issue, not related to Plasma or KDE in any way

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
