Newbie issue with Konqueror webrtc

Thu Oct 28, 2021 3:24 pm
When suspending or shutting down I get a message:
A program is still running: usrbin/konqueror WebRTC has active PeerConnections

This started after I installed the Konqueror browser via Software Manager. It didn't meet my needs so I uninstalled. After uninstalling I found Konqueror folders in usr/share/ and renamed them but that didn't help. Shutdown and rebooting was no help.

After uninstalling usr/bin is empty, even no hidden files. I scoured the internet but couldn't find anything I could relate this to and most of it was beyond my knowledge level.
How can I fix this issue?

Thank you,
dmend

OS
try this:
Code: Select all
sudo apt purge konqueror

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

Yes, that did it. Rebooted and problem fixed.
Thank you for your help.
