Cannot setup static ip address using kde network connections only auto connect.
I have installed under Debian Bullseye the minimal kde-plasma-destop and plasma-nm packages
Have disable all networking interfaces in /etc/network/interfaces bellow are the file

# This file describes the network interfaces available on your system
# and how to activate them. For more information, see interfaces(5).

#source /etc/network/interfaces.d/*

# The loopback network interface
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback

# The primary network interface
#allow-hotplug enp2s0
#iface enp2s0 inet dhcp

Have set managed=true in /etc/NetworkManager/Networkmanager.conf Bellow are the file contents
[main]
plugins=ifupdown,keyfile

[ifupdown]
managed=true

Under connections in kde system settings when ipv4 is in method automatic (dhcp) everything works fine.
When i set static ip address while network seems to be ok i can't connect anywhere

While ping works and i get replies
Traceroute in ip's times out. Also i cannot browse any web pages neither nslookup works.
What is going on...
