I have my own nice scripts, that do hibernation, but how should I add them, so I can press Alt+Ctrl+del, choose "hibernate" and run them? Is KDE 3.5.

Hey, isn't there some configuration file of KDE, which normally contain logout, restart, poweroff?

I saw a post somewhere, but I do not remember where, so I can not give credit....
Anyhow, first check in System > Settings > Advanced > Session Manager and see if 'Offer shutdown options' is marked. If not, mark it. Then, Ctrl-Alt-Del and click on Turn off computer and hold the mouse button. You can then choose Suspend to Ram or Hibernate
