Use KDE4 kdm instead of KDE3

google01103 Manager Posts 6668 Karma 25	RE: Use KDE4 kdm instead of KDE3 Fri Dec 05, 2008 12:53 pm in openSuse you would remove the kde3 version "rpm -e kdebase3-kdm" and dl and install the kde4 "rpm -U kde4-kdm" - fyi my experience is that the login systemssettings module doesn't seem to work properly in kde4 where kcontrol and the kde3 kdm work properly under kde4 OpenSuse Leap 42.1 x64, Plasma 5.x
