There's a rundown HERE on how to do it. Basically what you want to do is enable the testing, and updates-testing repo's. I don't know if KDE4.1.85 (KDE4.2 beta2) will be in the F9 repo's though. You could try the F10 reop's, but do so at your own hazard.
