when you referred to "my application" I assumed it was an application you had programmed your self. In this case I would be after links to the all the *.ui, *.cpp and*.h files, as well as its CMakeLists.txt
If you didn't program it yourself, could you provide links to where you downloaded the application?

This issue must have been fixed in 4.2 then. When 4.2 releases, I believe it will be available from the openSUSE build service KDE:KDE4:Factory project.
