I would need to see the URLs to be certain, but I would say:

Are all probably the same thing. Check the URLs, and if they are the same remove all but one (probably what is now number 12).

Similarly, these two appear to be the same:

8 | openSUSE_11.1_KDE4_Factory_Desktop | openSUSE_11.1_KDE4_Factory_Desktop | Yes | Yes


These repositories should be disabled unless there is a specific reason you want them (if you don't know, then you don't want them). Don't delete them, just disable them:

These two repos conflict, you should disable or remove the second one:
