I was thinking,should I go to Suse and upgrade KDE4 http://en.opensuse.org/KDE4 or is a web page on KDE web side that I can upgrade to KDE4.x?:-S.

You are better off using the opensuse binaries. Getting it from KDE directly means getting the source code and compiling it yourself. You do not want to do that unless you are absolutely sure you know what you are getting yourself into. You will want the 4.2 (factory) version.

I installed the openSUSE 11.1 KDE3 version http://news.opensuse.org/2009/01/09/uno ... nsuse-111/ and then added KDE4.2 directly to that and am very happy with it. (I don't know whether that prevented any of the problems people had upgrading from KDE4.1 to KDE4.2; I may just have had a less demanding system).
