When i update few packages in Installed there are three colour "first red , second blue and the last is black" what those all about it.

Sounds like openSUSE to me. If so:
Red means packages where the version you have is newer -> Forcibly update these, since the repo maintainers have lowered the version number for an unknown reason again Blue means the packages in the repository are newer -> Update these packages Black means the packages are fully updated with the latest version from the repositories -> Nothing needs to be done here. NOTE: disregard the forcibly update for Red if you disabled a repository for some reason, after performing an update with it active.

bcooksley your right you very good and you are saying about note: disregard the forcibly update for Red if you disabled a repository for some reason, after performing an update with it active.
