KDE Bindings on Slackware

Thu Jul 09, 2009 10:36 pm
Does anyone know if the issue with KDEBindings (specifically PyKDE) is being fixed in the upcoming release?

For some reason, the build process hangs at sipkdeuipart0.cpp referencing tabbar.h.

It has been a while since i have attempted to build it, and the only reference to this problem I have been able to find is at:

http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde-devel&m=123806845907039&w=2

If anyone else using Slackware and is familiar with this issue could fill me in, I would greatly appreciate it.

Here are the details for my system:

Distro: Slackware 12.2
gcc version: 4.24
KDE Version: 4.2.3
Cmake Version: 2.6-patch 2
Qt Version: 4.5.1
Python Version: 2.6.2

Let me know if you need details from a failed build and I will attempt compiling again.

Thanks!

John
