Please refresh your repositories, so you have their latest state, and ensure you are using a "updates" or similar repository if you have installed updates.

I did refresh the package list, and here is the list of repos:
$ yum repolist Loaded plugins: allowdowngrade, fastestmirror, presto, refresh-packagekit, security adobe-linux-i386 17/17 skype 1/1 repo id repo name status adobe-linux-i386 Adobe Systems Incorporated enabled: 17 atrpms Fedora Core 11 - i386 - ATrpms enabled: 555 fedora Fedora 11 - i386 enabled: 13,289 rpmfusion-free RPM Fusion for Fedora 11 - Free enabled: 377 rpmfusion-free-updates RPM Fusion for Fedora 11 - Free - Updates enabled: 204 rpmfusion-nonfree RPM Fusion for Fedora 11 - Nonfree enabled: 110 rpmfusion-nonfree-updates RPM Fusion for Fedora 11 - Nonfree - Updates enabled: 115 russianfedora-fixes Russian Fedora for Fedora 11 - Fixes enabled: 54 russianfedora-fixes-updates Russian Fedora for Fedora 11 - Fixes - Updat enabled: 23 russianfedora-free Russian Fedora for Fedora 11 - Free enabled: 57 russianfedora-free-updates Russian Fedora for Fedora 11 - Free - Update enabled: 4 russianfedora-nonfree Russian Fedora for Fedora 11 - Nonfree enabled: 9 russianfedora-nonfree-updates Russian Fedora for Fedora 11 - Nonfree - Upd enabled: 1 skype Skype Repository enabled: 1 updates Fedora 11 - i386 - Updates enabled: 3,564 repolist: 18,380 I am getting the same result. |

Which repositories do the "gstreamer-ffmpeg-0.10.7-2.fc11.1.i586" and "gst-ffmpeg-0.10.6-1.fc11.i586" packages come from respectively?

I guess gstreamer-ffmpeg-0.10.7-2.fc11.1.i586 comes from rpmfusion-free-updates, and gst-ffmpeg-0.10.6-1.fc11.i586 comes from als rptrpms.
I removed the gst-ffmpeg-0.10.6-1.fc11.i586 package, and installation went normal. Thank you for the idea - being a new Linux user, I did not know here to look. |
