As I am new user to Linux i face lots of problem in installation of s/w in Linux.
I am unable to install yahoo messenger & Netscape. Can any Body Help me .. Thanks in advance.. |

I was not aware that Yahoo messenger or Netscape was available for Linux. If they are, you should try to find distribution repositories for those applications.
As alternatives, you can try Kopete and Arora/Konqueror/Firefox.

To be honest, I don't think you want to use them...the official linux port of the messenger client was never all that good and development on it ceased years ago. You're better off using Kopete or Pidgin. As far as Netscape goes...I'm not sure how good that would be today compared to current browsers but probably not very good.

How can I get Netscape Navigator to stop opening a page at the bottom? Everytime I open a new webpage using netscape, it opens the page, but displays the bottom and then I have to scroll up.
