I have mv these folds to other names, but all are the same, it still cannot see the KDE desktop, just stand by the screen splash.

Please remove the following from Root's $HOME
~/.config/Trolltech.conf

"Trolltech.conf" has been removed, but the problem still exist.

Unfortunately, I do not know of any other things that could prevent KDE from starting up under a root user. If you login to a virtual terminal as root and run "startx" does it work?

Dose'nt there is not a way to resolve the problem?

Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be at this stage. If you do not use the root account for anything personal in terms of data, you could try removing the various hidden directories in /root.
Directories such as ~/.config ~/.local and ~/.kde* would be most likely suspects.
