when update my kubuntu show this errors

how can i fix this error. new update installed or not installed when show this error.

this error is not kde related at all, either though you are using Kubuntu.

i would recommend heading to http://ubuntuforums.org/ or http://www.kubuntuforums.net/ to get assistance with dpkg, kernel installs, etc.
