Where is this managed?

I was using Ksuperkey, but then it seemed to stop working. It turns out that since Plasma integrated ksuperkey, that if you still have ksuperkey it actually gets in the way. Just removing the script that started ksuperkey and closing its process made my meta key immediately start working again for opening the menu.

I have never used ksuperkey and I can't assign META button only.
What should I do in order to get it working with META?

I believe that ksuperkey has been integrated into Plasma 5.8, try setting the menu to ALT+F1.

Hold down the Windows key on your keyboard with one finger

Whilst continuing to hold down the Windows key just tap the D key

This will instantly show you the Desktop tellthebell

Press the Windows key to open the Start menu (or screen) and then use the arrow keys to move through the menu. Press Enter to select an item from the menu or open an app tutuapp.
