Does anyone know to change the font size for the menus in KDM? It is very hard to read on a TV under 1080p.

You should be able to change this in System Settings > Advanced > Login Manager.
You may need to run it as root however to do so.

Thank you, but I have tried this and it change all font sizes except for the menu. I mean the popup menu that is shown when I want to change session, logout, restart X, etc.

Unfortunately that is likely not possible at this time. Given that font settings affect everything else / are available for everything else this is likely a bug, please file a bug report at bugs.kde.org.

I did a search in the bug database and found bug 177323 which match my problem exactly.
