KDE kicker application

I use KDE in fedora 11. I have managed to remove my KDE panel and as a result I cant see my minimized windows or switch between desktops, not to mention having also lost my calender, battery meter & network icon. How can I get them back?

There will be an easier way from KDE 4.5 - just 'add > default panel'
