Can anyone out there guide me to where I can down load the latest binary kpdf for RHEL? Some how, I'm not being able to locate it. Thanks.

KPDF only existed in KDE 3. In KDE 4, Okular replaced it. You should be able to use a site such as rpmfind.net to locate the desired RPM file, however it is usually recommended to install applications from the repositories.
