Hi there, I am currently trying to install RealVNC Enterprise edition onto my VPS which is currently running 3.5.4-25.el5.centos.1 Red Hat, when I try to input the license, i get the following "error: getEthernetMAC failed". I have looked on the VNC website and they say to "you will need to contact the vendor of your virtualization software to find out how to configure it to assign MAC addresses correctly." How would I go about fixing this?

I would begin with checking the output of "ifconfig" which will show your MAC address, and may possibly allow you to set it. If you cannot, please contact your VPS hoster.
