When I make a program full screen, it always goes on one monitor. How can I make it so I can have it appear full screen on either of the monitors, or better yet, configure KDE so it opens the app full screen on the monitor that the window is currently on?

KDE appears to do this now, I didn't change anything... (other than updating KDE packages)
