The kernel is part of Linux proper, and the sound card driver is usually part of the kernel, while google chrome is an add-on application independent of both KDE and Linux. As for updating such components, this is highly distribution-specific. You can ask here, but you are much more likely to get quick and accurate help on a pardus-specific forum.
