kdm in archlinux

i followed everything in archlinux wiki and when i am gonna start the kdm the output is failed in boot logs !! how to fixed ?

How are you trying to start kdm?

The following error message hints that either X has issues, or you need to create the default face file.

i can access in failsafe kde ... not in just "kde" ati problems thanks for your time

Could you try disabling Desktop Effects please?

Just to make it clear - you can start KDM (the login manager), right? Or how else do you access failsafe kde?
Also, please tell us which method you use to start KDM (/etc/rc.conf, /etc/inittab etc.).
