Unable to install Kubuntu 11.10

Mon Oct 17, 2011 10:18 pm
Hello everybody,

I hope I am posting in the proper section.

Today, I have downloaded kubuntu 11.10 iso file and I used unetbootin to install it thanks to an usb.

Everything goes well, and after the installation a dialog box tell me that I must restart. I click the "ok" button and then I have the following message twice :
"[ ... ] [drm] new 0000:02:00.0: No native mode, forcing panel scaling"

And then my computer freeze. I restart it violently and KDE doesn't start. I can juste see some logs which told me every 10 seconds the same message as before :
"
[ 22.38] [drm] new 0000:02:00.0: No native mode, forcing panel scaling
[ 32.62] [drm] new 0000:02:00.0: No native mode, forcing panel scaling
[ 42.87] [drm] new 0000:02:00.0: No native mode, forcing panel scaling
...
"

I installed the previous version of Kubuntu like that on another computer and it worked perfectly. Does anybody know how can I fix this ?

Thanks in advance !
