Hi Guys,

I hope this is right place for this post.
After running KDE (and loving it) for a few weeks, under Arch Linux, my laptop keyboard has suddenly stopped working at the KDE login. It's totally dead. However, my trackpad works fine.

Obviously I can't log in. All I can do is, using the mouse, choose to go to the console. When I go to the console, the keyboard seems to be working perfectly.

I have no idea why this is happening. Any ideas anyone?

Solved this one guys.

I had changed an option in my Synpatics config file. I thought it would only affect the trackpad but seems to have also affected the keyboard.
