What graphics card does your system have?

Also, can you see which phase of login your system freezes at?
Please check to see if it is a soft-freeze or hard-freeze as well, by pressing keys such as Caps Lock or Num Lock to see if the keyboard lights respond.

Is it a hard or soft freeze?
(ie. if you press caps lock does the light change it's status)

Try pressing "Alt + Shift + F12" once the login animation has "frozen".

please start a new thread in Internet & Networking viewforum.php?f=18 for your PPPoE Network query

Also when posting pleas include in the subject a description of you promblem
as per forum policy
g. Topics should have appropriate titles that gives a vague idea of the post. Do not use titles like "Help!!", "Problems...." or "Getting an error"
