From me strange reason sometimes DMPS is Enabled.

This last case is the most boring constantly turn off monitor.
I do not know how to remove this problem.

Do you have Power Management in System Settings enabled?
If you do, please check the settings which have been set there.

Last night I watched the movie through VLC, every 10 - 15 minutes turn off monitor

 VLC play monitor turn off

VLC configured according to the instructions from this address http://askubuntu.com/a/102501
Today is VLC worked one hour - no problems.
