Is it possible to tell krunner which runner's results to list first? For example have it list the results provided by the "Window" runner before any others. Intuitively I was wondering if the order of the listed runners in Settings->Plugins tab defines the order in which the results are listed, but I can't i.e. drag a runner to the top or similar.

From what I believe, KRunner determines the result order based on the relevance the runners themselves say their results to be. As a result, this cannot be configured to my knowledge (without altering the code anyway).
