Hi.
I have recently upgrade to Fedora 17 and have started using KDE 4.9. I have been fiddling with the bottom horizontal panel and with mouse right click over it I did accidentaly remove this panel. From that point I could not put back the bottom horizontal panel. With mouse right click over the desktop area, mouse over "+ Add Panel" and click "Default Panel", I have managed to insert an horizontal panel but on the top of the desktop. When I run any installed software (for example Dolphin) it appears an icon of the opened software on the top horizontal panel, but also appears a second greyed same icon, it looks like that there is another layer of top horizontal panel behind the main top horizontal panel. I would appreciate very much if someone could help me to resolve these two problems: 1. Remove the second layer behind the main top horizontal panel; 2. Move the top horizontal panel to bottom horizontal panel. Thanks. |

1. Would be nice with a screenshot.
2. See ![]() More can be found here. They're slightly out-of-date, but the principal is usually the same.

Hi Hans. Thank you for your help. By moving the the top horizontal panel to bottom, I realized that I had two top horizontal panels. I did delete the second top horizontal panel and both problems were solved. |
