Sideway Scroll on Touchpad?

Mon Mar 18, 2013 9:22 pm
Hello,
I have a Toshiba Satellite with a Synaptics touchpad. For up/down scrolling I have to use two-fingers - which works fine.
However, I cannot scroll to the sides, with either one or two fingers. I tried it in rekonq and gwenview, but no avail.

Any clues, is this a known issue?

Did you activate that option?

Go to Kmenu -> search for: touchpad, and click on the first option

Then on the scrolling tab chek the option "Horizontal scrolling with two fingers" and click apply.

This showld work ;D
