How to change the panel background in KDE 4

kahrkunne Registered Member Posts 1 Karma 0	How to change the panel background in KDE 4 Sun May 12, 2013 8:40 pm Trying to change the background of my panel. Tried System Settings -> Workspace appearence -> desktop theme and changing it there to a file, however nothing appears to be happening.
