welcome - you need to provide a bit more information
- what distribution are you running? version of KDE?
- what exactly is in the error box? it can't be read, either supply the full text or a readable image

does it crash if you are online?

Also, have you installed the Qt SDK? (If you haven't heard of it before, you likely have not).

I'm sorry it took me so long to answer, but I had problems. I have Linux 3.2.18-pclos2.bfs. I searched for Qt-SDK in Synaptic but it is not installed in my system. This is the correct photo:

Pressing the button "Αναφορά σφάλματος"(error report) creates this report:
Application: qt-update-notifier (1.4.4)
KDE Platform Version: 4.10.5
Qt Version: 4.8.5
Operating System: Linux 3.2.18-pclos2.bfs i686
Distribution: "PCLinuxOS"

-- Information about the crash:
<Με λεπτομέρειες, περιγράψτε τι κάνατε όταν η εφαρμογή κατέρρευσε.>

-- Backtrace:
A useful backtrace could not be generated

the "correct photo" of the error needs to be translated into English

in the original post you say "Happens I am offline", does it happen if you are online?

It crashes only when I'm offline. Today I was offline on perpose, but it didn't crash. The timer of qt-update-notifier says: next check at Sat 7 Sept 00:59:07 2013. I think that it will start crash again after the time of the timer will pass. Am' I write?

Per http://www.pclinuxos.com/forum/index.php?topic=113511.0 it appears that "qt-update-notifier" is a PCLinuxOS specific application.
I would suggest generating a backtrace through the "Developer Information" tab, and filing a bug report in their bug tracker. Please make sure you have applied all updates and rebooted prior to doing this.

These seven days I was testing qt-update-notifier but it never crashed. So I thing that the bug, if it was a bug, is solved by the developer. Thank you for the help.
