Cannot modify the priority of File Association.

This bug recurred to me, though it was marked as FIXED.
Anyone get the same problem?

the bug report states it is fixed in 4.11.1 which is not yet out
Yes ,that problem appears again as bug 321706 in KDE SC 4.11. The good news is it is fixed in the upcoming 4.11.1
