Ubuntu 12.04 with KDE desktop
Every once in a while my clock (on the taskbar) will change itself from my US Pacific coast time zone to UTC. It's not a real big deal to change it back, but why is it doing this and can I make it stop? Thanks Greg |

Rather unusual. Could you perhaps be accidentally scrolling a mouse wheel over the Digital Clock? I have multiple timezones added to my Digital Clock, and I find that scrolling over the clock will rotate among the various timezones I have added. Continuing to scroll will land me back at my local timezone (it scrolls in order it seems).
