KDEinit question

Fri Dec 20, 2013 2:16 pm
When I right-click on a .html file listed in Dolphin or Konqueror, I am offered a dozen links to old versions of Firefox which KDEinit tells me it can't open; correctly, because they have been deleted. How do I flush out these old links? Is it something to do with Ksycoca?
Thanks

Please use KMenuEdit to remove these entries from your menu.

Sorry - a search through the complete Kmenuedit tree reveals only one entry for Firefox, the current version.
Found it: Konqueror/Settings/Configure Konqueror/File Management/File Associations then search for file type html:
There are several sub-entries to search, under "application" and "text".
